Three Streams Family Health Center is seeking to hire a PT Administrative Assistant for Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. The job will include scheduling, referrals, working with the hospital on direct discharge of patients to our office and assisting our Scheduling and Referral Supervisor. Strong communication skills both written and oral as well as a desire to work as a team player that is self motivated with strong organization skills.

Experience with an EHR, Word and Excel are a must. Great work environment with a team of dedicated staff and practitioners seeking to offer compassionate care to our under-served community of WNC. We will be open regular hours Monday and Tuesday and then closing early on Wednesday @ 12:00pm and will be closed the remainder of the week. We will re-open on Monday @ 8:45am.

Three Streams Family Health currently has an opening for a Medical Assistant. This would be part time Tuesday and Thursday 3-9pm and Friday’s 1-5pm.

Applicants need to have strong communication skills both written and verbal as well as being a team player.
Experience with an EHR and bilingual are preferred but not mandatory.
