Medication Assistance Program
MAP is our plan to assist patients with needed medications by making application to pharmaceutical companies for benevolent assistance.
When patients need specific medications not available in generic form, our staff can make application to the specific pharmaceutical company with proof of income. Our partner, Eblen Charities, collects the needed financial information and our MAP coordinator completes and sends the applications. When the medication arrives, our staff notifies the patient who pays a nominal fee for postage and handling.
