Thank you to all of our supporters who shop at Bi-Lo and earn money for Three Streams. The maximum a non-profit can receive is $1500 every 5 months and wow – we are almost to the max. We can help over 75 patients with this money and we owe it all to our friends.If you are not a part of this program call us at 285-9725 extension 505 to find out more.

Looking for Experienced LPN or MA

Three Streams Family Health currently has an opening in our Medical Department for an experienced LPN or MA. Primary duties will include phone triage, working closely with our Nursing Coordinator and practitioner’s as well as handle all refills of medications. Applicants need to have strong communication skills both written and verbal, experience with an EMR, self-starter, capable of working independently and comfortable in a fast paced environment. Bilingual is preferred and a minimum of 5 years experience is a must.

Medical Assistant Needed

Are you looking for a fulfilling experience helping those in our community who are less fortunate? Three Streams Family Health, a non-profit medical mission, is seeking to hire a Medical Assistant. Applicants need to have strong communication skills both written and verbal as well as being a team player. NAII, MAII or LPN’s will be considered. Primary duties will be to triage patients, assist nursing coordinator with daily duties and work closely with practitioners. Experience in an acute care setting is a plus due to our Minor Urgent Care Clinic. Our office is fast paced and required a self-starter who can work independently.
Experience with an EHR and bilingual are preferred but not mandatory.

PT Administrative Assistant Needed

Three Streams Family Health Center is seeking to hire a PT Administrative Assistant for Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. The job will include scheduling, referrals, working with the hospital on direct discharge of patients to our office and assisting our Scheduling and Referral Supervisor. Strong communication skills both written and oral as well as a desire to work as a team player that is self motivated with strong organization skills.

Experience with an EHR, Word and Excel are a must. Great work environment with a team of dedicated staff and practitioners seeking to offer compassionate care to our under-served community of WNC.
