Housecalls
Designed to work in concert with the Employee Health Program, HouseCall provides a licensed practitioner to regularly visit your worksite and answer employee questions and provide some limited services. HouseCall works as a gateway to appropriate subsequent services.
HouseCall can be used independently as well and is available to any employee, whether insured or not!
BENEFITS:
• A Licensed Practitioner will be onsite at a regularly scheduled time, either Nurse Practitioner,
Physician Assistant, Psychologist or Nutritionist
• Employees don’t have to schedule extra time off to visit the Doctor
• Employees may “walk-in” for health questions and concerns
• Regular prescriptions can be refilled
• Employees can be entered into the Employee Health Program
• Health Screenings can be conducted focusing on specific topics such as Diabetes, Blood
pressure, Smoking cessation, Nutrition, stress management and more.
• No insurance billing occurs
• Cost is $100.00 per hour of practitioner time, minimum of 2 hours paid by employer
