Three Streams Family Health Center is seeking to hire a PT Administrative Assistant for Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. The job will include scheduling, referrals, working with the hospital on direct discharge of patients to our office and assisting our Scheduling and Referral Supervisor. Strong communication skills both written and oral as well as a desire to work as a team player that is self motivated with strong organization skills.

Medical Assistant:
Three Streams Family Health currently has an opening for a Medical Assistant. This would be part time Tuesday and Thursday 3-9pm and Friday’s 1-5pm.
Applicants need to have strong communication skills both written and verbal as well as being a team player.
Experience with an EHR and bilingual are preferred but not mandatory.

Primary Care Physician:
Practice the way you originally envisioned! Three Streams Family Health Center is looking for a compassionate Primary Care/Urgent Care physician/Medical Director. The chosen physician will share our desire to practice according to the core values of Compassion, Wholeness and Relationship while serving un-insured residents of Buncombe County.
Involved in a partnership of Mission Hospitals and the the WNC/Buncombe County Medical Society, Three Streams is growing and expanding hours, seeing more needy people every day. The chosen physician will lead a primary care team of 2 PA’s and 2 FNP’s and see patients Wednesday and Fridays with a mix of insured and uninsured patients. Spanish language will be helpful but not required. This part time salaried position is open beginning June 1, 2011 with a goal of being filled by August 31, 2011.
